Why we're called Plan Before You Die
The name is blunt on purpose. Planning early is one of the kindest things you can do for the people you love.
Our candle is the light you leave on, so your family can always find the way.
Questions people ask
I'm not good with computers. Can I still do this?
Yes. Each session is short, someone in your family can sit with you, and everything prints.
I already have a will. Isn't that enough?
No. A will only works after a death. It does nothing for your bills, your doctors or Medicare while you're alive and need help.
Do you write wills or powers of attorney?
No. We're not a law firm. We check that you have them and that your family can find them, and tell you what to ask your lawyer.
Do you need my passwords?
No. We never ask for them, and your plan never stores them.
Will my kids see my bank balances?
No. Each person sees a short guide to their own part. Nobody sees balances or account numbers.
I've just had a hard diagnosis. Is it too late?
No. Start with the most urgent parts, like who can speak for you and where your papers are, while you can still make every choice yourself.
Can I set this up for my mom or dad?
Yes. Your parent owns the plan and decides who's included. Start by sending them our letter for bringing it up.
How much does it cost?
The readiness check is free. You'll find plans and prices on the pricing page.
